Workshop Manager
Duties include:
Work scheduling for engineers.
Using reports and KPI’s to ensure highest standard.
Invoicing of service and repair works.
Ensure best workshop practice is adhered to.
Implement policies and procedures as required.
Training and developing engineers and workshop staff.
Order parts when required for repairs and maintenance.
Skills & requirements:
Previous mechanical or plant fitting experience necessary.
Previous people management experience necessary.
Ability to coach and train engineers.
Good communication and leadership skills.
